You will need to explore the various scenarios before offering to represent a property for cryptocurrency sale. If you haven’t reviewed the options as part of the Cryptoprop Certified Agent course, just keep in mind you’ll likely have the same payment and currency options as those your seller is willing to accept. Be upfront about your willingness to accept bitcoin payment for the agent commission, or any other cryptocurrencies. This should be clear during the listing process, negotiation and documented for closing.
Chances are you can also convert to fiat currency USD or others at the time of closing.
